At Red Key we want to make your move as smooth as possible and to help you find the right home that you will be happy in.

Below is an idea of what is required to let a property through Red Key:

The move in monies consist of a months rent, a security deposit normally equivalent to a month and half rent and administration fees for the tenancy agreement and referencing less the holding deposit already paid. An Inventory will normally be provided for you to agree to the condition of the property as this will be important when you come to leave and negotiations are under way for the return of the deposit. The Deposit will be held by us as a Stakeholder in the majority of cases and will be protected under the rules of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme to which we are members. We will automatically set up accounts for you in relation to gas, electricity, phone and broadband and we will write to the water provider and local authority informing them of your tenancy. We will write to gas, electricity, water and council tax providers, however it is your responsibility to set up accounts for gas and electricity and to inform us of the chosen supplier.

Since the initial telephone enquiry I cannot fault Sam's professionalism and effort that he has shown. From the viewing through the process og getting to moving in he has worked hard on my behalf, contacting me out of hours when required and generally showing a commitment to the customer and company that should be noted. At one one point I was panicked and was looing at a different property however Sam reassured me of the process and worked hard for me, an attitude that kept this rental with your company.
